RESTAURANT
The restaurant Ai Mulini takes its name from The Mills' Valley (La Valle dei Mulini)
whose inhabitants were, a long time ago, tanners.
Their activity was favoured by the abundant quantity of bark and water.
The restaurant's menu offers a large choice of exquisite regional and traditional
dishes belonging to the local and national cuisine often served with some variations
but always in accordance with the passing of the seasons.
Our cheeses, typical of Asiago's Plateau, presented in their different varieties
such as fresh, pressed, ripe or mature Asiago, the Pennerone, Tosela, caciotte, cottage-cheese,
our butter, our honey, our mushrooms picked in the thick of the woods where conifers
and many other types of wild vegetation create a magnificent landscape, the potatoes
from Rotzo, the celery from Rubbio, the wild herbs growing in the meadows in Spring,
like the chicory (our famous tarassaco), the cold cuts, and sausages of our production,
are the main ingredients that characterize Asiago's cuisine and that Gaarten restaurant
offers all of this to its guests.
The wine card is rich too.
It can also be considered a useful advice for the well matched "couple" food-wine.
In it there is an interesting list of all the distilled spirits obtained with the use of
special herbs and berries you can find in the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.
The restaurant Ai Mulini can receive up to 120 people and is particularly suitable
for banquets and convivial meetings. The Hunters's Little Room with a marvellous
fireplace creates a comfortable, inviting atmosphere that makes the room an ideal
place for meals with a limited number of friends or families.
